Reporting a Staff Member Guide and Format​

This section of the forums is dedicated to reporting staff members who you believe are not properly fulfilling their duties, abusing their position, or breaking the rules in some form. Before you post your report, please note that only Administrators and Owners are able to see your report.

As a general comment, please make your report as detailed as possible, with as much evidence as you possibly can collect. Any evidence is appreciated, such as video recordings, screenshots, etc. Please use the format below to post your report. The report may not be looked at if the format is not used.

NOTE: Action is very unlikely to be taken unless there is relevant and sufficient evidence. Sufficient evidence means you must provide a full screenshot of the staff member committing the offense or provide a video recording of more than 5 seconds that shows the staff member committing the offense.
