5.45 blocks of reach work on the server with Phantom client but I will say that sometimes it kicks you so I recommend using 5.4 blocks. (still a joke staff please dont ban)

Sorry if it is to late but if you go out 20k it will be relatively safe but 30-40k is best spot as it is not to close to spawn and far enough from world boarder which is 50k out also .
