Maybe to help stop people spawn-killing there could be some sort of spawn-prot. If a new player joins the server, they get spawn prot for like 5 minutes. Or if someone dies, they get spawn prot for 2 mins. If a player tries to tp, or punches someone, they lose their spawn prot. Just a...

Dont quote me on this but villager farms and breeders are allowed, and the server does use 1.14 villagers. Ask a mod or something just to confirm :)
