Possible list of modifications to the vanilla experience

Could we possible get a list of modifications to the vanilla experience, in regarding to despawn radius, whether chunks will be loaded when afk, and so on.

I could see this being a big help for more technical players who are having trouble.

Despawn radius is as far as I know set to 96 blocks (got it from a 3rd person, so it's not 100% reliable information)
Chunks are loaded when afk
Mobcap is definitely split between all people
not sure what else you wanna know
