Should the ItemSwapper mod be allowed?

ItemSwapper is a mod that gives you the ability to swap items and blocks from your inventory and shulker boxes to your hotbar.

Personnally, I think the mod should be allowed. It does not give too much of an advantage in my opinion, but not everyone will agree so I wanted to start a discussion.

Whatever decision the admins take, the mod has a server-side plugin to either allow or disallow it's use on the server.

The use of this mod would be quite the advantage especially in combat. I personally don't think it would be a great idea, but to each their own opinion.
