Update needed for adding a Discord account in user identities.

Since Discord no longer uses the #0000 discriminator, it's currently not possible to properly add one's Discord account in his account identities due to the system still checking for the now obsolete discriminator.

I will get with the dev team on a fix! For the time being your original discord username can still be used to add you on discord for example both @Jnst1n and @jnst1n#0001 work for me!
