Start making warnings happen more on a regular basis. The only time I've ever witnessed warnings happen on this server was only when it was stall related. I don't believe all bans should need warning, but a lot of bans could have been avoided by simply just warning the player. Personally, I've been banned twice now for things I would've never gotten banned for if I were just warned instead, rules I wasn't even intentionally breaking. I think this is really harmful for your player base. Even me as a current top 10 player on /playtime, question if I should even return after my ban expires. All opinions & discussion would be appreciated.
Warnings? Maybe?
