Are you allowed to play via the pojavlauncher?

I want to know because I do have bedrock, but it's a bad name and can't change it because Microsoft and I mainly play with Java.
With pojavlauncher you can play Java on your Phone.
Technically it is vanilla minecraft and you can add forge or fabric.
