bedrock rank issues

on all gamemodes all bedrockers that have bought a rank are unable to use certain abilities that they paid for, such as formating in books, signs, and items. I can't imagine it being that difficult to code in a workaround for this with the use of commands so if that wont work then I have a different idea. Bedrockers get certain exclusive abilities to compensate to this.

formatting in books doesnt work on java either via /format, you need to use color codes, but also, its a java server, and playing on bedrock you should be prepared for certain features to not work and for java players to be the priority
