Help! I got banned for hacking, when I dont have hacks! What do I do?

I got banned for hacking, I don't have hacks, I assume I got banned for swimming to fast and the mod assumed it was a hack, and now I'm banned for a month, but I have depth strider boots! So I can't think of the reason why I got banned for hacking.
