The server has been experiencing outages due to a few factors, notably lag on RPG, the admins and developers have been hard at work at getting the server into proper order.
Another set of outages have occured due to Tebex issues which are also being worked on.

ExtrasInterview with LiterallyJack!
1.What is your name and what do you do?
I'm Jack, I am basically everywhere in the server. I am the Head of the SMP gamemode as well as all the hubs and lead developer and head of a new server coming soon, I also help development of RPG and Factions and I am a staff manager too... I really need to calm down haha.
2. Which gamemode has been the most fun for you to work on?
Each gamemode has been amazing to work on and a lot have different reasons why I've loved to work on them. When I was working on the development of Season 2 of RPG, it was a pleasure to work with Eric and learn from his work styles and to work together. Working on the secret project has been a great time as it's something I am solo working on for the server and I feel the creative freedom and my design/dev skills have been able to be tested and come through with it. The Hubs and Factions have really helped me learn how much changes between versions of Minecraft and had some challenges but also tested my skills and developed them. And SMP was the gamemode I started playing when I joined the server so to now lead that is a big achievement for me that I enjoy.
3. You are a developer for nearly every gamemode. Do you think the SMP 3.2 update was a success?
I think it's a start to revive SMP and a start to my time working on the development and updates of SMP, I have a lot planned for updates and can't wait to work on them. As for success, It has done a lot of things that players have been asking for and for that I think we successfully put them into action, 1.21.8 and such has been great to see and players seem to be happy that it has updated to the newest version and they're being heard.
4. Why are you called LiterallyJack? Is there a SarcasticallyJack?
SarcasticallyJack can't hurt me anymore, he is locked in the cupboard... never to return.
5. Who's your favorite Admin (Answer Truthfully <3)
If I had to pick someone it would be Flip, they are such a lovely guy and very helpful. But I love working with everyone on the team!
